Welcome to GentsX. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

- We deal in men’s unstitched suits.  
- Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.

2. Orders & Payment
- Orders will be confirmed after customer verification (if required).  
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability or incorrect information.

3. Delivery
- Delivery time depends on location and courier service.  
- Delays caused by courier companies are not our responsibility.

4. Return & Exchange
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.  
- Items must be unused and in original condition.  
- Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.  
- Exchange is only available for defective or incorrect items.

5. Pricing
- All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.

6. Privacy
- Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.  
- Data may be used for sales and marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
- GentsX is not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or delay beyond our control.
