1. Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Return Shipping
- The customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / mobile wallet (as agreed with the customer).

4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
- Subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our fault).
- Items returned after 7 days.
